Kare Logix (Private) Limited is a software house based in Lahore, Pakistan. We design and build custom web and mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, LMS products, event management systems, and UI/UX solutions for businesses worldwide.

We are also the owner and operator of Teachmatic — a white-label Learning Management System (LMS) product. Privacy practices specific to Teachmatic-powered platforms can be found at teachmatic.net/privacy-policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to: (a) the Kare Logix website at kare-logix.com and all subdomains; (b) the Teachmatic product portal and marketing site at teachmatic.net; and (c) any personal information we collect in the course of providing our software development and consulting services.

Privacy practices for end-users of individual platforms built on Teachmatic software are governed by the respective platform's own privacy policy, issued under the authority of Kare Logix (Private) Limited.

Website visitors: When you browse kare-logix.com, we may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through server logs. This data is used for security and aggregate analytics only.

Contact form submissions: If you reach out via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and message content.

Service delivery: When you engage us for a project, we collect additional professional and business information as necessary to deliver the contracted services (e.g., your organisation name, project requirements, and communication records).

Teachmatic product inquiries: If you request a demo or onboarding for Teachmatic, we collect your name, email, phone, and academy/business details.

We use personal data to: respond to inquiries and prepare project proposals; deliver contracted development and consulting services; send transactional and project-related communications; manage our business relationship with clients and partners; improve the Teachmatic product and kare-logix.com; and comply with legal obligations under Pakistani law.

Teachmatic is a proprietary LMS product developed, owned, and operated by Kare Logix (Private) Limited. Academies and instructors who license Teachmatic to power their learning platforms do so under agreement with Kare Logix.

Emails and messages sent via our website or project communication channels are stored only as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose or to meet legal obligations. We do not use your contact details to send unsolicited marketing.

kare-logix.com uses minimal local storage to remember interface preferences (e.g., theme selection). We do not deploy advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

We use trusted third-party processors (such as email delivery and cloud hosting providers) to operate our website and product infrastructure. These processors handle data only on our behalf and are contractually bound to keep it secure.

We use Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and security services. External links to sites such as Google Maps are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls for production systems, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Client project records are retained for a minimum of five years for legal and contractual compliance. Contact form submissions are retained for twelve months or until the inquiry is resolved, whichever is longer.
