Kare Logix (Private) Limited is a software company registered in Pakistan. We provide custom software development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, LMS platforms, and event management systems. We are also the owner and operator of Teachmatic — a white-label LMS product available at teachmatic.net.

Software Development Services: Content on kare-logix.com is provided for general information only. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for contracted projects are governed by the separate client agreement signed between you and Kare Logix (Private) Limited.

Teachmatic Product: Teachmatic is proprietary software owned by Kare Logix (Private) Limited. Licensing, access, and use of Teachmatic-powered platforms are governed by the Teachmatic Terms of Use, available at teachmatic.net/terms-of-use.

All content on kare-logix.com — including text, logos, graphics, code, and the Teachmatic product name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Kare Logix (Private) Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Case studies and screenshots of client projects displayed on our website are published with client permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Teachmatic, as a software product, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kare Logix (Private) Limited. No part of the Teachmatic platform may be copied, reverse-engineered, or rebranded without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse kare-logix.com or any Kare Logix-operated platform, including by: attempting to interfere with its operation or security; scraping content at scale; using the site for any unlawful purpose; or impersonating Kare Logix or any of its products.

Automated access to kare-logix.com requires our prior written consent.

Kare Logix provides services under individual client agreements. These Terms of Use govern your use of our public-facing websites and general interactions. Project-specific obligations, deliverables, IP assignment, and payment terms are defined in each client's separate contract.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that conflicts with our values or legal obligations.

Teachmatic is a product of Kare Logix (Private) Limited. Academies and instructors who deploy Teachmatic-powered platforms do so under a separate Teachmatic licensing agreement with Kare Logix.

If you are an end-user (student or instructor) on a Teachmatic-powered platform, your use is governed by the Teachmatic Terms of Use (teachmatic.net/terms-of-use) and Privacy Policy (teachmatic.net/privacy-policy), both issued under the authority of Kare Logix (Private) Limited.

kare-logix.com and teachmatic.net may link to third-party sites including client projects, Google Maps, and payment platforms. Kare Logix is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those external sites.

kare-logix.com and teachmatic.net are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kare Logix (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, kare-logix.com, teachmatic.net, or any Kare Logix service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or any Kare Logix service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
